“Highly hyped and overpriced”
Hotel is over priced and doesn't provide services which it charges. Highly overhyped about its quality of bathrooms, rooms. room height to the ceiling. It doesn't have reception, room service, no lift.

It was cheap and it showed. I have never been asked for my passport or photo ID before in the UK. It does not do breakfasts, nor has a bar. Why does it put a double bed in a single room?
