“Excellent value B&B”
Stayed here for a night while visiting Edinburgh. A little out of town compared to some but great value for those on a budget. About 20 mins walk to Queens Hall, 30 mins to Museum of Scotland. “Nice place to stay”
The guest house is clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a view of Arthur's seat it was gorgeous. Duncan our host was friendly and very knowledgeable of local area. Easy key lock entry system means you can come and go as you please. Breakfast was a continental.

“Could do with a makeover”
Duncan was very helpful and informative, a very lovely man who gave us helpful information about how to get around Edinburgh. However, room was very small and bathroom was even worse.
