“Funeral gathering”
From the moment I telephoned to enquire about holding the after funeral gathering at the hotel they were on the ball ! “Room for improvement”
Booked for 3 nights to visit our son who lives in the city. Limited options in July and prices are high, so Braid Hills was one of only a few options we had. “Disappointing!!!”
Tired, dated and in need of some TLC. The communal areas are ok but the bedrooms are grubby and needing some attention. Paint and paper chipped and peeling, carpet ruffled and grubby!
