“Excellent”
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and quiet rooms. I stayed in room 3 flat 13 which overlooked a garden area and was very pleasant. Plenty of storage space in the room if you are staying a bit longer. “Excellent value for money and location in Edinburgh”
The place is cozy, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and the location is excellent—a bit far from the center (a 30–35 minute walk) but well-connected by public transport. A great option for couples.

I came to Edinburgh on a short business trip. For being within walking distance to the city centre, I found the price to be quite affordable. The staff were very friendly too. “Excellent location but average comfort , deff need bigger beds”
Location is very good , but beds are tiny for an average couple , Need better cooking stoves . Freezer was full of ice

“Lovely and reasonable”
Great facilities. Loved the coffee/tea/shampoo stations. Clean and reasonable rooms. Mattresses were hard though, but yes, it’s a budget room so that’s what you expect. Great for one or two nights.
