“Amazing hotel with great food and friendly staff”

“Great hotel”
Great hotel close to the highlights of Edinburgh. First room allocated heating wasn’t working but switched to another room. Room was very well furnished and room servicing was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent 3 nights.

“Good location and staff. But let down with heating”
The heating didn't work and staff helped with a heater but told it had just been serviced so why was it broken
