“Central location, modern and clean”
The Apartment is brilliantly located in the City Centre. It was spotless and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for much better. The mattress was comfy, as were the pillows and duvet. Towels were made available, even some wee shower gels to go with it. Tea, coffee, and wee sachets of milk in the fridge… more

“Great location, clean and safe ”
Very clean, convenient for the city and in a safe quiet street, we would certainly go back if we ever needed to stay in Edinburgh, there are quite a few steps and the ones too the bedroom are step and narrow, so people with mobility issues may struggle

“Poor customer service”
Poor customer service from the management company. We arrived at the check in time but no keys in the safe. Rang the office but got an answer machine to say no one was available to take call so rang emergency number. We were told someone would get back to us. Received a text to say housekeeping… more
