“Perfect”
Lovely tea and coffee had. Staff very attentive, every detail was perfect. Live harpist playing from above us in a stunning dining room. Bathrooms very spectacularly clean with amazing amenities. Such a great experience all round.

“Extraordinary Experience!”
This was quite an experience, from the service to the dishes, to the wines pairing, 10 out of 10. A big plus, is that they have the vegetarian option, so no one is left behind. Overall one of the best restaurants I've been, and with no doubt a complete experience if visiting Edimburg!

“Golden Wedding holiday”
We have stayed at the Balmoral many times, but to celebrate our Golden Wedding we upgraded to a suite. The service was absolutely top grade. Our dinner at Number One was very good. Overall an expensive few days, but for us well worth it.
