I stayed at this very functional and modern hotel. My room was on the 5th floor, and the open view all the way to the sea was definitely a highlight! “Totally relaxing.”
Location is perfect. Rooms very comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Bed is adjustable if you have breathing difficulties. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is great a few minutes walk from princess street. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable They are quite small and not much place for hanging clothing and bathroom area tiny. Basin outside inside bedroom but it’s adequate . Edinburgh is very expensive so it will do for the price
