The hotel was really clean and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly , cheerful and helpful. “A great stay and a base for walking Ben Nevis”
Stayed here for 2 nights as we were walking Ben Nevis and fancied an extra day in Fort William. The hotel looks dated from the outside, has a very small car park. The car park was made smaller by the builders who had fenced an area off and left their work area in a messy state. Once inside though… more

“Nice stay in Fort William.”
Good location for exploring in and around Fort William. Room was very nice. Only concern was the pillows. Otherwise bed was big and comfy. They were poor and I slept really badly. Food was lovely as was the staff. Town was empty but it was a Sunday in March 🤷🏼♀️
