We arrived around 5:00 pm on a very busy Sunday to a long queue at reception. Despite being short-staffed—with only four team members on duty to look after all the guests and clean all the rooms—the room cleanliness remained at a wonderfully high standard, and the team was absolute gold. Florentina and Alex at reception were nothing short of amazing. They handled the queue and several impatient guests with complete professionalism, grace, and politeness. When it was our turn, they checked my friends and me in efficiently and provided all the necessary information. A special mention also goes to Andy, who was working tirelessly at top speed, and Conny, whom we met in the corridor. Even while busy assisting another customer, Conny welcomed us warmly and swiftly topped up our tissues when asked. Unfortunately, the restaurant service the following morning fell short of the high standard set by the front-desk team. Upon arrival, the staff could not find our room number on their list and asked us to go back to the main hotel reception to resolve it ourselves. After 10 minutes of checking, they eventually found our record. The breakfast operation was struggling: food was slow to be refilled, the coffee machine was out of milk, tables were left uncleaned and felt sticky to touch, and several forks and plates still had visible food stains. The hard work and outstanding attitude of Florentina, Alex, Andy, and Conny truly carried our stay, but the restaurant management definitely needs to address cleanliness and organization during peak morning hours.
