“Great location e great room”
Good location close to the city center, easy to parking.the hotel had a spacious room, new carpet, comfortable bed, and great bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was ok, very typical but it was good! Staff very friendly!

“Great Hotel. Poor Bar/Restaurant Area”
Great room. Great location. Really friendly reception staff. 1 star off for the bar/restaurant area - Alan (I think) could do with some customer service training & that whole bar area is closed after breakfast so there's literally nowhere to sit & chill outside of your room.

Premier Plus rooms are worth the extra. Nice new touches, like a coffee machine and fridge. Shower only, so missed out on a bath soak!! Located in a quiet part of the hotel, so no aggravating guests banging doors and noise. The staff are friendly and happy to make conversation. No fee for parking. … more

Stayed two nights April 2026. Have stayed here before but not for a few years. Group of four. Plus points:- car park, and easy walk into Fort William centre for good and drink.
