“BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA”
Absolutely fabulous place to stay, even if you are visiting Edinburgh. This was our 2nd time staying here and we want to go again. “Lovely welcome ”
So were having a couple of nights here while visiting the Edinburgh festival. The hotel is steeped in history old but well looked after. We have no complaints with a clean room and a contentle breakfast all is good. Set in a very lovely village.

“Nice hotel, but restaurant needs to employ a cook.”
Nice people, nice room, comfy bed, good night's sleep. Dreadful evening meal: chips were so hard they were inedible. Such a shame, as rest of hotel was very good.
