We were staying at the hotel for one night to go to the theatre. We got an upgrade to a suite room which was great, with an amazing view over the city. “Lively but getting a bit dated”
Lovely hotel that need updating. No smart TVs. I’ve been going to this hotel for a number of years and like the location, staff and breakfast. But it needs a refresh or at least some new smart TVs. There are loads of new hotels nearby so they need to up their game.

“Disappointing stay”
Room was tired and tatty, very disappointing no luxury at all. Fab in bathroom would not switch off. Nowhere to put damp towels during stay. Carpet was grubby, ceiling needed repainting. Not what we expected from Apex
