“Sky bar”
Came to the sky bar for Akon across the road I was severed by Eric he was very patient even though he was under major pressure due to how busy it was very professional

“Room was not cleaned for 3 nights, otherwise - good.”
Stayed 3 nights to attend a conference at the SEC. Had a room facing the SEC which was lovely. The room was spacious, good air-conditioning system, although I think it turns itself off when the room temperature is the same as the thermostat, but never comes back on even though the room becomes warm… more

“Dssappointed”
Dissappointed this time staying at this hotel. I have stayed here several times and been greeted with lovely reception staff but not today. Doesn't take alot to smile and be a bit more human rather than a robot. The room although comfy bed, has a crack across the ceiling and what looks like water… more
