“Great welcome and location”
Lovely friendly staff and great restaurant fabulous location for start of NC500 and Kelpies. Room nice and clean and quiet hotel

“Not impressed”
The accessible room was up a slope and as far away from reception as possible. This made it much harder to report the unacceptable noise from the children jumping off the bed on the floor above. “A stopover in Falkirk”
Room smelled of damp other than that it was ok I guess it’s just bad luck for me. The rest of the room was a reasonable standard it was slightly dated and in need of a refresh no usb points in room and the wifi was poor to non existent.
