“Stay here!”
Brilliant overnight stay in a deluxe double room with one-hour massage included (highly recommend this). Spa absolutely fantastic! Tasty dinner of mussels enjoyed amidst the lupins and evening sun. Definitely contemplating a trip back!

Afternoon tea for two was delicious. Sandwiches were a perfect size and very fresh, the sausage rolls were tasty but the three cheese tartlet was so salty, it was inedible. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the view from the room(if you pay for a sea view) is incredible. The food and choice of breakfast options is brilliant and cooked to perfection. “Great hotel, with lovely views and top food...”
Recently visited as part of a driving tour through Scotland. Second time we have been, both times great. Lovely rooms, with amazing sea views, food high quality, and atmosphere great. Spa nice and modern, with good facilities.

“Disappointed”
Location superb but everything else 3 star. Trading off historical service levels and so disappointing to see something that used to be so good now being distinctly average.
