We booked all 3 apartments for my husband’s 60th birthday. We often stay in Perth but this was our first time at the Alexander Residence. The apartments are perfectly appointed for the city centre and for exploring the surrounding area. Each apartment is finished to a high standard with some beautiful original features. Barossa on the 1st floor and Ericht on the 2nd floor have large living rooms and kitchens which were ideal for us to gather in for breakfast and dinner. Rose on the top floor is smaller but would accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The apartments were equipped with everything you need to self cater. Barossa and Ericht have a washing machine and dryer (not sure if Rose has as I didn’t check) They all have a Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied including decaf which was a nice surprise. Tea bags and sugar is also available. Beds are very comfortable. White Company toiletries are available in all of the bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs so anyone with real mobility issues would struggle but my 80 year old+ parents managed the 20 steps to Barossa without any issues. The parking included with the apartment is just around the corner and there is also free street parking from 1800-0800. Communication with Amanda was excellent and she answered my many questions prior to our stay. In summary these apartments are ideal for large parties and for smaller groups. I would recommend them to anyone looking to stay in Perth.

“Family Weekend Trip”

Beautiful spacious apartment. Went for my son’s 30th birthday celebrations. Everything was to a high standard and every thing you may need is there for you. Staff were very helpful ensuring your stay was enjoyable. Also a great location being very central to Perth. Would definitely return.

I stayed in the Rose apartment this weekend past (14th to 17th July) for our wedding. My bridesmaids and I stayed on the Friday night before the wedding and my husband (!) and I on the Saturday and Sunday. The apartment is absolutely stunning, 3 beautiful bedrooms, a large sitting room with a great view over the North Inch and a lovely kitchen. Everything was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and appointed, the attention to detail was second to none. It was great to have allocated parking and there was plenty of space in the apartment for all of us to get ready, my parents and flowergirls to join us and for the photographer too! On returning after the wedding it became the perfect place to relax and unwind after a brilliant day, peaceful and comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay. My only feedback would be that we weren't aware of the approx 70ish steps up to the apartment, we managed and definitely got a wee workout, it was a bit tricky in a wedding dress and while we knew there were stairs only there was no indication as to quite how many! Don't let this put you off though, it is definitely worth it, the best apartment we have ever stayed in and will be highly recommending. Huge thank you to the super helpful staff too who went above and beyond. Fantastic place!

Having stayed at the apartments many times over the years, we were again not disappointed, this time staying in Ericht. There were a couple of very minor issues sorted by the management team straight away, which should have been reported by previous occupants. Great location within a five minute walk of the city centre, with fabulous views of the North Inch. If you have children, go across the road onto the Inch turn left and a couple of minutes along is a great park for them, along with acres of space on the Inch itself. Have said it before that if you have mobility issues, then these apartments are difficult to access. 44 steps to Ericht. Will be back as they say.
