Used this hotel many times on my way up North, nothings ever a problem when speaking to staff. Special mention to Nicola and the manager Laura who always make me feel welcome!

Room was fine. No soap in sink dispenser but bath ok, Dissapointed that there were no USB ports and no fridge.
