“Lovely Local Food”
We went here initially just for a drink but we stayed for dinner. The menu is your typical pub style offering and was definitely comforting. Had an amazing meal tonight 3/9/25 host Gareth so lovely and accomodating. Food was superb, lamb shank fell off the bone accompanied with carrots and mustard mash. “Excellent food, drink and service in Stromness”
Three of us took our takeaway lunch of langoustine from the food caravan outside the hotel into the bar, where we got the tools for dealing with the giant prawns . “Proper wee bar”
Whilst in Stromness we called in one evening for a few drinks, we went into the bar and it's an amazing wee bar, like a bar should be and with a great selection of drinks. Locals were a friendly bunch and it was busy with visitors too. I'd highly recommend this lovely place
