“Mission More Than Accomplished”
A perfect base for exploring the"world capital of books". “One of the best hotels we have stayed at.”
Fabulous 3 day break. Staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Food was very good but far too much. Room 3 was comfortable with accessible shower, lovely sitting area looking across to the hills. Convenient for walking into town which has many great shops. Would recommend to all ages.

We chose The Swan Hotel Hay on Wye for our Christmas meal as they were open to non residents this year. I cannot fault the service or the food. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff. See you next year 🙏

“A perfect November weekend”
Such a great hotel and Hay is a wonderful town to visit. The room was very comfortable, the breakfasts and evening meals were fantastic, but it was the friendly, helpful staff that really sold the place. Absolutely would recommend the Swan at Hay to anyone, it was a perfect weekend away.
