“Recommend”
A good welcome at reception. The rooms and bathrooms were a good size and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice and hot breakfasts were cooked to order. Would recommend staying here

“The friendliest Premier inn I’ve been to, and I’ve stayed at many!”
We called in as it was pouring with rain and Miller and Carter wasn’t yet open. We couldn’t believe the lovely welcome Sarah and the team gave us! Even a cup of tea and coffee! Thank you so much- it made our day😁

“Fab hotel”
Stayed here for a weddong,amazing friendly welcome nothing was to much trouble all staff we encounted were so friendly the hotel was spotless,the manager i think her name was sara served us the best breakfast she was so warm and friendly clearly runs a tight ship,we will return soon

Amazing hotel,staff make you feel so welcome the manager was also very friendly nothing to much trouble,rooms were spotless,breakfast was delicious,and plenty of shopping at the outlets thank you0 for a beautiful stay,will be back

“Nice hotel, great staff.”
The hotel is in a large retail park and in the dark I did find it a bit tricky to locate. It a was quite busy, but once inside the hotel a received a lovely warm welcome from reception and all was good. Comfortable and quiet room, decent sleep and a great breakfast.
