“Another excellent trip to Caernarfon”
Very helpful and welcoming staff. Food was very good. Special mention for Nicola who runs the breakfast restaurant times, again very friendly and helpful.

“Last minute stay”
A last minute decision to stay rather than camp in the van. Carole, the star of this tale, greeted us, helped me get set up on the WiFi and booked in. She helped us with late night food options, left us a lovely note and brought us smiles that last. Well done and thanks Carole!

Rooms was very good Staff in reception was polite The two girls Helen and her friend who worked in the breakfast area every morning who could not do enough to make our stay great premier inn should be proud of them

Excellent location payable parking across the road which wasn't expensive around £7 for 24hr clean rooms staff in reception were nice 1 lady was very bubbly and chatty with a good morning and have a lovely day she was very helpfull id definitely stay here again Any place thats clean with good staf… more

Just home from a short stay. The room was a good size, comfortable, clean and quiet as you'd expect from a premier inn.
