“Good Value”
The room was huge (2 double beds), the bathroom had a bath. The receptionist was very helpful, giving us a choice of floors. We chose the 1st because one of us doesn't like lifts. Location in the docks area gave easy access to a huge range of eating establishments

“Great parking .”
Pretty good all round, difficult to find initially but worth it when found , nice and convenient to Bay area. And buses only mile to town.

On balance, disappointing for the price paid. Staff chatting among themselves at the bar; no fridge in the broom; poor selection of teas in room, no biscuits - compared to other hotels and for the price paid. The recommended hotel for Wales Millenium Centre - but why?

“Slightly unnerving evacuation during an otherwise pleasant stay.”
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the fire alarm (a false alarm seemingly) awoke us one night at 1am and we were evacuated into the pouring rain.
