“Lovely staff”
Breakfast was lovely at this hotel and Saidur, Upashna and Binita were attentive and helpful.

“Mercure Hotel Cardiff North Staff Help”
I Had a problem that needed dealt with quickly. Jordanna on Front Desk was very friendly and helpful and dealt with my problem very quickly. She deserves a lot of credit for her customer service skills. Also other members of staff are also friendly and helpful

“Not consistent service”
The hotel stay was fairly average overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient, but the service was not always consistent. Some amenities could be improved and a few areas felt a bit outdated.
