“First class”
Excellent one night stay. Came to visit Cardiff Castle. Bedroom, food and service received all good. Shame only here for one night . Will be back.

“New House Country Hotel”
The New House Country Hotel is perched high on a hill with breathtaking views over Cardiff and it's bay. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the bar food is excellent and the hotel rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

“Comfortable and capable”
Great place to stay or have a celebration. The environment is well-looked after and the staff are attentive without being intrusive. Some noise late at night from group celebrations - but bearable

“Amazing hotel”
This is my birthday weekend trip and the hotel did not disappoint. The room view mas amazing and the hotel feels like bridgerton. Breakfast and Dinner was so good.
