“Overnight stay for work”
Kim ( premier inn reception) was very welcoming and made us feel at easy as soon as we arrived. The pub on the other hand would benefit from a member of staff behind the bar at all times, as waiting time and looking for staff isn't what you want after a days work.

“Cardiff west”
A Lovely friendly welcome from Kim upon arrival making our check in quick and hassle free after a long day. Good banter from the staff with good food and drink. Would come again (just for Kim’s smile)

“Premier Inn to top the lot”
We love this premier inn. A cut above the rest. Reception staff are fantastic, nothing too much trouble and of course then there is the lovely Ben at breakfast who works so hard and is a wonderful cheery soul. we only keep coming back to have breakfast with him. A great team and a wonderful stay

Paid for premier plus. Omg the stainon the chair was just grim. Made me think if that was disgusting what else was.
