“Cosy, historical vibe, with a staff team only happy to help”
Excellent service from all members of staff… big shout out to Luke, guest service manager. He was exceptional! Knowledgeable, gave a little history to the hotel and even gave pointers on a few places to go in Cardiff!

“Some good, some bad, but hard to beat at the price”
An interesting experience! The building is really amazing and so were the bedrooms. The staff on reception were welcoming and warm. There's even some parking outside - charged street parking, but free after 6pm. The room rate was for the centre of Cardiff, a real bargain. However....there was… more
