“Well done customer service.”
The customer service was excellent when I had to cancel my booking. Very helpful and understanding. However Cardiff City council don't allow drop offs in Westgate St, even for disabled guests, "no exceptions" Well done them! So I couldn't keep by booking. “Pleasant stay in the Cardiff Royal Hotel”
As usual, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent - all for a very modest price.

“Nice hotel, great location & terrific breakfast.”
We had a spacious room & comfy beds. It was a fun location right on St. Mary St which is now a pedestrian mall with lots of restaurants & shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
