“Fantastic Food”
Had another meal here for Mother’s Day! Did not disappoint! Food was fantastic again! Great portions , beautifully presented, delicious and service was second to none! “Home from home.”
I first visited the Hawk and Buckle on a business trip in 2014 and, as a result ended up visiting, for business and pleasure, every month until I retired in 2023. “Great place”
7 of us had an overnight at this lovely old inn. It was great, rooms lovely and warm and fresh, food was great especially the breakfast. Staff were amazing so friendly , an absolute delight. Thank you all so much.

We stayed here for one night. It was a lovely place with a warm and friendly welcome. The bar area was cosy with a inglenook fireplace with sofas either side.
