Perfect beach front hotel, view over the bay and pier. Heart of Llandudno. Warm, welcoming atmosphere, with friendly attentive staff. Faultless, tasty breakfast. Highly recommended

Lovely clean hotel with a great sea view, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Definitely recommend and will return. Bonus dogs welcome.

I can't give 3 and a half stars and 4 is too many. The room (307) was nice enough as was the bathroom but both were incredibly small.
