“Wonderful”
Great stay as always. Clean and comfortable and a fabulous breakfast, loved the smoked salmon which you don’t always see. Great views over the sea. Quite a walk from the station so just bare in mind

“Great staff but hotel lacking!!!”
Just wish Swansea had a quality hotel. Great location and staff are excellent! Unfortunately the whole place needs an update. Lifts out of order. Cobwebs in our room. “Poor value for money, hotel is shabby and needs attention”
Hotel location good for town or nightlife. Room had a sea view but couldn't see out of the window as the condensation inside the double glazing was so bad we couldn't see out.
