“Holiday ”
Very pleasant well situated hotel. Staff polite ,helpful,friendly and with reasonable English. Room and bathroom clean and ours had balcony. Not large but good decor. Wifi works, reasonable breakfast. Well placed in centre of old town. Exceptional value for money. Would like to stay again.

“No fuss stay, convenient”
Good for a short no fuss stay. Good location and parking upon request. The building is very old, yet matches the city atmosphere, rooms have been remodeled keeping the "retro" style to its best. “Just about average”
I feel the Beltran could do more. The breakfast was uninspiring with the only hot food option being toast. It’s basically just coffee and pastries. Also the WiFi is usually overrun so you can’t connect, I think slow speed or an outdated modem are to blame. Considering some options in Uruguay are… more
