“Friendly”
I’m here right now and when we checked in the front desk lady her name is Tracy she’s so friendly and making sure we’re taken care of I’d come here again she gave us water while checking in super friendly people and a nice hotel

“Excellent experience! Friendly and helpful staff!”
We booked this hotel for a medical treatment visit to UAB and was not disappointed. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Tracy who helped me extend my stay on two occasions due to changes in our departure plans. “Great visit, Great service”
Great experience. Friendly staff, Taylor did a wonderful job helping us check in and making sure we had everything we needed (we came for our son’s wedding, so we had a lot of baggage, etc.). Our view overlooking the city was wonderful! Thanks Hilton and thanks Taylor!

“Excellent front desk staff and location and some areas for improvement”
Several positives! Excellent, helpful and professional staff at the front desk at this hotel. Parking was easy, in a lot next door, and excellent location if your goal is to be close to UAB.
