Clean rooms. Quiet and they offer more items for breakfast than any other hotel I have stayed at. Very clean breakfast area. Recommend

Convenient location right off I-65. The staff are all super friendly and the room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but it was still comfortable. The bed linens were buttery soft…not something I’d expect at a hotel! Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. The walls are thin, and our neighbor decided to start playing the guitar at 10 pm despite posted quiet hours. We just cranked up the A/C to drown it out. Breakfast was delicious…biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs were tasty. They also had regular AND red velvet waffles! They even have a carafe of sweet tea. Lots of restaurants around and a Walmart across the street. We will stay here again the next time we come through northern Alabama.

“Great place”

Very nice hotel. Close to I65. Many nearby restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Shopping in that area was plentiful. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. The will always be a stop off for me. Beautiful town

We had a very nice comfortable room. Comfortable bed, sheets, and towels. It was a very quite room. The only complaint was the outsiding lighting was so bright that the curtains just do not block out the light even with the heavy blackout curtains. The hotel was clean and attractive. They offered infused lemon water and sweet tea upon arrival. This is a very welcoming touch that is greatly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful. I especially appreciated the freshly sliced tomatoes to go with my eggs. It is very rare to find something this unique and special. I thanked the lady who ran the food service, and she told me that they source as much as they can from the local farmers' market down the road. This is something I greatly appreciate- local fresh food. The food choice was more than adequate, I had an omelet, with bacon and the fresh tomato slices with a bagel that I shared with my husband. My husband had the grits and an omelet with bacon. They offered the usual carb fest of bagels, English muffins, etc. I think there was a pancake machine. There were boiled eggs. Another real treat were cans of V8 juice (original). I don't drink the usual sweet type fruit juice, so this was especially nice to have a tomato option. Overall, the breakfast bar, gets a 5 star rating! Fresh tomatoes, V8 juice and even the little omelet which I usually find flat and flavorless was good. It actually tasted like it was made out of real eggs and not something poured from the box. Overall, a comfortable room, a comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast.
