“Decent stay and remarkable customer service”
Kraig at the front desk is amazing. The definition of hospitality. Michael the engineer had a very positive attitude and was quick and efficient. Rooms need to be updated. Tubs are old and dirty. Beds aren’t the best but kind of comfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast was very good.… more

“Fun hotel with great location”
Fun hotel for kids with the open atrium style. My daughters said it was the best hotel on their trip. The staff were super nice, check-in was a breeze, the room spacious and the breakfast was solid. “Nice but with some defects”
Nice facility and great buffet breakfast. But some lack of attention to detail. Refrigerator was set to defrost and had water from melted ice. Safe was not functional and we were told that none of them work. ATM was broken the entire 4 days of our stay.
