There are so many good things about this hotel - location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, balconies, big bathrooms, excellent service....BUT this is the first time I have ever had a hotel room that did not have a coffee maker. They also did not provide complimentary coffee in the lobby as other Best Westerns do. This is such a basic amenity that we didn't even think to look for it in the listing when we booked our room. We paid extra for an ocean view room so we could enjoy our vacation sitting on the balcony early morning in our pajamas and watch the waves and dolphins swim by....not to have to get dressed and go to the lobby with other guests to buy coffee. The breakfast bar ($15) was similar to what other BW's provide free as well, plus $10/night parking left us feeling like we were being nickled and dimed instead of clear, transparent pricing with traditional amenities that are provided by other similar level hotels. Even the other Best Western down the street provides in room coffee makers and free breakfast and parking. We also ran out of hot water two mornings, as some of the other reviews mentioned, even though we take short quick showers. I would love to stay here again, but only if they correct some of these issues.

“Very clean”

Room was very clean, but the bed was rather uncomfortable. Verrry firm and could hear the springs squeaking. They did have fresh, cold, good-tasting water with cups at check-in. Room was very clean, but the bed was rather uncomfortable. Verrry firm and could hear the springs squeaking. They did have fresh, cold, good-tasting water with cups at check-in. The lobby was nicely decorated. The whole hotel smelled lovely and the toiletries also smelled great (white tea & coconut). There is construction happening on the lot next door, so our balcony was pointless but it wasn't loud or bothersome inside the room. The pool is not heated, but the hot tub felt nice. A bit of a strange location for the hot tub (directly beside the parking garage) but it was fine. The breakfast was not worth $15 imho.
