My wife and I along with our 13-year old twin girls recently visited Orange Beach, and chose Grande Caribbean 308 to experience the best of what the area had to offer. That said, here was our takeaway. If there ever was a gold standard for hosts, Gold Star Vacation Rentals would be it. They were absolutely incredible from pre-planning to check-out, super responsive, amazingly helpful, and all around a genuinely good people. We considered ourselves lucky to have had them, and having stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, they are the super hosts above of them all. The overall process was very smooth, allowing us to settle in and unpack in no time with the added benefit of keyless entry. The unit is located in a stunningly beautiful location, across the road from the beach with your feet touching the sand in less than five minutes walk. The view is picture perfect, with a lovely vista of the beach while kicking back in your patio chair. Sitting outside on the balcony at night with a glass of wine was nothing short of a magical. The unit was also ideal for getting our stay organized before heading out to take in all the local attractions, with groceries, restaurants & surf shops all less than 5 minutes from your doorstep. Orange Beach is notably quieter than neighbouring Gulf Shores to the west, and saw it as a lovely ‘escape'. That said, if you seek the action, restaurants, and overall vibe Gulf Shores has to offer, a short 10 minute drive will have you right in the centre of it all. We instantly recognized what previous guests had stated, an immaculately clean place with a relaxing vibe permeating throughout. The layout was ideal for us, with our girls having their own bedroom with bunk beds, while my wife and I were able to enjoy the balcony views from our king bed. My family and I unanimously agreed, this place has raised the gold standard of cleanliness to a whole new level. Like many travelers, cleanliness is always a top review consideration, and we only choose places that can meet this criteria, but thus unit is in a class all of its own. Our girls loved the pool as well, and none of us wanted to leave when our last day arrived. We have stayed at a number of vacation rentals prior to this unit, and we can say unequivocally, this ranks as one of our favourites. If you are seeking a place in Orange Beach to truly relax and get away from it all, this place will not disappoint. From the beautiful view, amazing hosts, and the clean and comfortable unit, my wife and I would return here in a heartbeat (and we will). Get down to Orange Beach, embrace all that it has to offer, take in it's beauty, have a glass of wine at twilight on the balcony looking out to the gulf, and above all else, stay HERE to do it all.

“Perfect location and clean complex!”

This entire complex is so cute! It’s across the street from the beach, but you still have a fabulous view of the water!
