“Great Customer Experience”
Great team members. Rooms are very clean and having 2 restaurants on site give good options. Shuttle service to Airport.

“Great Stay in Ketchikan”
Clean, well- appointed room, friendly staff and good restaurant. Reasonable prices and close to the ferry landing. Close to the center of town and they provide a shuttle service with the airport. I’ll use them again.

“Great place”
Stayed 4 nights enjoyed the 2 restaurants stayed in the Executive King room it was very nice enjoyed the view from the balcony had a rent car it is very close to Airport will stay again

“Hotel, Restaurant and Courtesy Van”
Room was adequate but the restaurant downstairs food has gotten terrible. Not only does it close early but the food quality has gotten bad. The restaurant open upstairs in the evening is not good for disabled people. The little elevator squeals and squeaks and takes a long time to get up or down… more

“Hotel staff needs more customer service training.”
Checking in was slow. Checking out was undesirable. Guy behind the desk was rude & was noticeably inconvenienced when asked for shuttle ride to ferry terminal when we had luggage & it was pouring rain, not to mention a recent medical procedure.
