I stayed with my two girls and my sister in law for 2 nights. We had a wonderful time. Great location with pool on site, walking distance to the beach, right next to a circle k, a skate park and a basketball court. Warm and helpful service. The rooms were clean, however one complaint is our towels did not get replaced and we had to ask for more. Cold fridge, comfy bed and overall a nice stay. We will definitely be coming back!

I understand that this property has recently become a Best Western, and we would return. We were in room 109 (on the first floor) and could see the ocean (slightly) from our window, which was a nice surprise. Though expensive in our opinion, at roughly $250 for a Saturday night, we were glad to have some promo points to use and lower our out of pocket expense. It was cleanish, quiet, safe, and had a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I cannot say kind things about the shower as it didn't drain well and had leftover soap residue from someone else in the soap tray. Breakfast was just fine and what we expected for a free perk. The breakfast host was very attentive and friendly. Parking however was not free, and fyi it was going to cost us $33 to Uber/Lyft two miles downtown, one way 😳. We drove, and when we returned just before midnight the hotel parking lot was completely full. We notified the front desk and they instructed us to park at the front door which we thought was nice. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. When we returned from the beach the key to the back door of the hotel did not work and we were told that sometimes it doesn't. Apparently they have been having issues with it. That would be inconvenient to folks going to the pool since it is directly out the back door. Also, worth mentioning that there is a gas/convenience station next door, and there is also a restaurant called Salt Life Food Shack which we will definitely try next time.
