“Great little Motel.”

This is a really nice hotel. We stay here about 3 times a year. It is small but it is convenient. It is located in a quiet and nice area. It is conveniently accessible to Wendy’s and McDonald’s. You can literally walk across the parking lot to either one. That’s great after a day of driving.

The parking was easy to access. The room and facility we very clean. They had cereal, granola bars, coffee and juice for breakfast. I asked for and received a non smoking room. Ice machine and vending machines were easily accessible. I enjoyed my overnight stay.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel exactly 1 year apart (I go to tend to my mom's gravesite nearby). I made an online reservation asking for a downstairs room due to recent surgery and definitely a non-smoking room. On my way there, I got stuck in 3 traffic jams that put me really behind schedule so I called to confirm my reservation and let them know what was going on. The lady was super friendly and nice. I also had my pet rabbit with me and it was no problem with them (some hotels deny him which is ridiculous! He's trained better than a dog or cat! I bring his litter box, blankies and fence.). After my late arrival, I was checked in quickly- and best of all, she had me downstairs and in a N/S room, per my requests. Any hotel stay for me means I clean it myself and bring my own bed sheets and pillow. My cleaning wipes came out really clean with just a little dirt from the bedframe and AC vents. But literally everything I wiped-they came out clean! (Doorknobs, lamps, light switches, chairs, desks, remote, counters, toilet, etc.) Considering this location is in a very busy area, it's surprisingly quiet. The water pressure isn't great but I've experienced worse. As a heads up, turn at the Little Caesars (the little road is hard to see, esp at night). The lot is small but well-lit. My car bottoms out on the exit side so I used the entrance side to come and go. When I checked out, the young man at the desk was really nice as well. This is a great location, with restaurants, gas stations and stores right there. There is a Walmart 1/2 mile away, too. Recommend this place.

The property is relatively clean and modern. The room was clean, but in a heat wave, you shouldn't turn the room A/C completely off even if they are empty. I checked in at about 6pm, and the room temp was 88 degrees. Three and a half hours later of having the A/C on full blast, it was only down to 70 degrees - still not sleeping temp. When I did finally get in bed, I found it was broken or bent in some way to make a slant into a big V in the middle from head to foot. In other words, no matter what side of the bed you started on, you would end up rolling to the middle. Not sure how that happens - maybe kids jumping on the bed at some time? The wifi is good and steady. If you are pulling a trailer, you will be asked to park on the edge of the Wendy's parking lot right next to the motel (and visible from your room). The breakfast is just ok, but the coffee is good. The rooms provide good toiletries and have microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Overall a good value in a good location
