The Hampton inn on McCain Mall blvd i highly recommend it is always nice to feel welcome,safe,and comfortable. I will always choose this location during my stays in Little Rock Arkansas. The atmosphere was very inviting.Once checked in and settled i felt comfortable and at ease. My latest visit i arrived a little late in the midt of a rainy and windy stay inside kinda day that was very cold I was ready to be off the road I got out of the truck and the bright beautiful aura of the room caught my attention first thing hashtag looking like the hotel makeover gone very right then and now episode. Staring all the the wonderful staff family who really gives 100 percent to making sure my families stay was above and beyond .Having someone gaurding ur life at the front entrance with cameras around the entire perimeter at all times makes for a safe cozy nights rest.Fresh smiling faces welcomed us it Smelled very good elevators ran quickly up and down I had to ask the front desk for some help a few times the Man on third shift James I would say is the Hamptons hospitality hero He really cares about keeping every one happy and getting the task done with a excellent attitude never seeming to mind he always helped my family with a smile and that's important to me when finding place to trust with my family in there hands I choose Hamptons Hands NLR is my choice from here on out . five stars from North West Arkansas thanks James Keep on keeping on u deserve a big party and to be celebrated for being outstanding big E for Effort four days of it that I seen on the road home is where the Hampton is

“Safe and Clean with Professional yet Friendly Staff”

The location is tucked in, but extremely close to Interstate 40. As it was tucked away, the parking was away from the main road and well lit. The location is tucked in, but extremely close to Interstate 40. As it was tucked away, the parking was away from the main road and well lit. The building was very safe as the entry was locked late at night. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet! In fact the whole hotel was quiet. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with suggestions and assistance as I left at about 2:30am. The room was spotless and there was no noise. Free bottles of water were available and the bathroom toiletries were adequate. This really made my rest in between 2 days of solid driving totaling 25 hours a dream.

This was one of the better Hamptons at which I've had the opportunity to stay. My room was the one I selected on Hilton's app and was ready at the stated time with an active digital key. I was able to go straight to my room after a long day's drive. The room was clean (as was the hotel in general) and quiet. The wifi worked well. I had to have a freezer pack refrozen for traveling with a medication (fridges in Hampton rooms no longer have small freezers). I took the freezer pack down to the front desk and the staff immediately placed it in one of the hotel freezers for me to pick up the next morning. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and there is a mall next door for those wishing to shop a little. Breakfast was the standard Hampton fare, usually a decent choice of eggs/breakfast meats, fruit, yogurt, waffles etc. Like most every hotel, someone will find a fault, however, I believe most will really appreciate a good night's stay here. This was not the most expensive hotel on my trip west to Yellowstone but it was by far the best. (The most expensive turned out to be the worst experience!).

Driving through Little Rock , we decided about 9:30p.m. to find a room for the night on our travels. Decided on Hampton Inn, as the reviews were good. This Hampton Inn did not disappoint! The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean, as well. The bathroom had plenty of shelving and hooks and I really appreciated how bright and clean it was . The beds were made nicely and the whole room just smelled clean. No lingering odors or musty smells. The hallway was also clean! The carpet looked well maintained. Lots of times, I notice halls in hotels can have dirty ground in dirt on the carpets, even if they have been vacuumed. I always leave a tip for the housekeeping, but this time I left a bit more because these housekeepers go the extra mile to make the rooms smell good and be very pleasant and clean. It was a restful stay.
