“Perfect for a Family Wedding we were attending”

My wife and I traveled with our 3 year old and our 1 year old and this was the perfect location and set up for family. We had the 1 King/Living Area Room which was essentially 2 rooms. It was located at the end of the hall which made it perfect for us, because our little one still wakes up crying in the middle of the night and the bedroom was located on the wall adjacent to the stairs, so we didn't have to worry about him waking anyone up when he cried. The staff was was friendly and extremely helpful. Epsecially in the morning when we were tyring to tackle feeding a baby and a 3 year old. They got us a high chair ready each morning even before we asked for one and were really helpful with the kids. That is something that we haven't experienced in a hotel setting before. The hotel was very quiet and it seemed like we were the only ones there each day even though we saw a full parking lot. We aren't sure if this wasn't a touristy area for travelers or if this was more of a business hotel. Each morning we were alone for breakfast, there was never anyone using the pool when we were in it and the laundry room was always empty. And the laundry set up was FREE. This was so helpful for our family. The only negative thing was that on our scheduled day for the room cleaning, only the towels replaced and the trash was emptied. The floors were not mopped or vacuumed. The rest of the hotel was really cleaned and nothing looked out of place. This really was a nice place for us to stay and would surely return if we are ever in Little Rock again.

We had to leave Embassy Suites in Hot Springs because it was beyond disgusting. We hit the road and wound up at this Home2Suites in Little Rock and it’s CLEAN and new. The front desk woman was kind at check in. I hope Hilton makes right what we went through in Hot Springs, but right now I’m glad our children have a clean place to sleep tonight.

“Good Thanksgiving Stay”

This was a perfect stay for the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting nearby family. This hotel is pet-friendly and the studio room was the ideal size for our doggo, my husband and I. Two things to note: the original sheets were stained and our TV was burnt out so anything we watched included a blue/purple hue. The hotel staff however (who also worked during the Thanksgiving holiday) was helpful in quickly replacing the sheets and providing extra coffee supplies when we needed it. Overall, this was a great stay for our needs. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

Room was clean and large, however television never worked. Lone clerk at hotel, suggested we come down for batteries. Still didn’t work for both nights even after reported. Desk clerk was outside in car on arrival, man was laid out by front entrance. This did not feel safe! Stayed for two nights and clerk refused to combine so we would not have to change rooms. (Eventually manager did) Because we made thru third party, clerk also refused to record our Hilton HONORS number for incidentals. (Something we have also done.). Not to the Hilton standards we’ve become accustomed to.
