The most people and pet friendly place to stay. The place was spotless!!! They had people cleaning ALL the time!!! Very secure for you and your vehicle. The staff was Awesome and had great advice on where to eat!!! Thank you and we will be back again!!!

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel while visiting Little Rock and Hot Springs (made it a day trip). The location of the hotel is very convenient at downtown Little Rock and close to I-30 (but not too close to be affected by the traffic noise). I was able to tour the downtown sites on foot and left the car at the hotel. My room was quiet and I was able to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was OK with the regular selection of eggs, meat, potato as the hot selections, pastries, yogurt, etc'. They had cut fruits (melons, pineapples, strawberries) for those who want fruit. There were real plates, glasses and cutlery (not the disposable ones), which improved the meal (in my opinion). The parking was in a garage attached to the hotel. It was controlled by a barrier that was lifted with your room key. So far on the good things. On the less good things, the most annoying was that although the Hilton details of the hotel say complimentary parking, they charge $15 a night for it. I discovered it at check out. For some reasons I don't want to get into, My stay at the hotel was divided to the first two nights and the last night. I was charged for the first two nights at the checkout. When I came to check out for the third and last night, I complained about the parking charge and the reception cancelled it. Just beware that there is such a charge. There was also a minor issue with the tub curtain that was too short. on my first shower, some water got to the floor. I later made sure that this will not happen again. I will not hesitate to book that hotel again when I visit Little Rock.

Large clean rooms and comfortable public spaces, with a spacious courtyard and pool area. Breakfast was good with tacos available the morning I was there. Would love to stay there again whenever I’m in Little Rock but won’t because they billed me double for parking. Despite saying they would remove the second charge, they have not. Instead, they sent a new invoice for the same amount with a bunch of made up numbers (the guest room charge morphed into Misc Revenue Non-taxable). I still like and recommend this hotel, but make sure you get a print out of your bill when you check out, check for extra charges, and make sure they get removed before you leave.

It’s not an actual dive at all but it needs so much work. The faucet in the kitchen shakes, rattles and rolls when I try to use it. When we walked into our bedroom we were greeted by the curtains literally hanging off the window- someone had taken the hooks off the rods. Looked pretty rough and we can’t use the drapes. There is an area of the rug that’s very frayed. When I went to use the laundry room there was an “ out of order” sign on the door. There was a trash can blocking one of the two elevators, leading me to believe it was too, out of order. Otherwise everything was pretty average. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was good sized and functional. All decent except for those housekeeping issues.
