“Good Stay”

Clean property with friendly staff. The property is near the interstate making it noisy at night. Breakfast included variety. Sink, microwave and fridge in the room. Many dining options within a short drive from the property.

We are Hilton Honors members and our preference is to stay at Home2 Suites. We love the large King Studio rooms to spread out. This time we reserved a King 1 bedroom suite which was even better. We are Hilton Honors members and our preference is to stay at Home2 Suites. We love the large King Studio rooms to spread out. This time we reserved a King 1 bedroom suite which was even better. We stayed for 5 nights, This location in Chandler was convenient. Negative 1, Front Desk ppl were a hit and miss. Gals ok but "Richard" seem off. He was not very friendly and I felt he was bored with what he was doing and never looked up as I approached the desk. He did not acknowledge me even when I got right in front of him. He schlepped around the front desk/lobby at other times. 2. The breakfast was not good. Same thing 3 days in a row We have been to other locations and they change it up THEN they run out of butter for 2 days! There was a large sports group there over the weekend and I understand that they may have used up the items, but you would think whoever supplies the items would then order extra for the rest of the guests for the rest of the week Poor inventory planning. 3. PARKING is a joke, We have never had to pay for parking via a QR code to a third party vendor. $15.00 a night. I asked does "Hilton" not own the parking lot? I was told this location is a franchise and basically the franchise can charge for parking however, they like. If we pay for parking elsewhere, it is usually added to our hotel room bill I wonder if we would have parked on the street whether our rental car would have been towed. In the future I will call and ask about parking in detail at all locations. Now the positive 1. The hotel was in a great location for our outings. 2. The lobby and surrounding areas were clean 3. The room was LARGE and very clean. 4. The King bed was very comfortable. In fact a 100% better than the Airbnb we stayed at prior. 5. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful 6. Samuel the night shift guy was wonderful! All other employees should follow his footsteps. He had great customer service and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. 7. The location is great with Restaurants, bars and shopping nearby, So to sum it up, we will NOT be staying at this location again. The negatives for us outweigh the positives. We will be more diligent when choosing Home 2 Suites Brand of Hilton or decide to use other Hilton Brands, like Hampton or move over to the Marriott brand.

“The parking situation is borderline creepy”

The hotel itself was fine. The staff wasn't pleasant but the parking situation was very off putting. They make you scan a QR code, agree to the terms and conditions, (which I'm sure includes sharing info from your phone), then it asks you to verify your cell phone number via text, then you enter your license number plus what sort of vehicle it is before you're granted permission to park. Really strange. Charging for parking is not unheard of at some hotels, that's not a big deal. But the evasive process for getting permission was strange and unnecessary.

“Our Western Trip 2025”

I have stayed at many Home2 suites, The front desk reception was great , everything else was below average . The room was in need of some TLC, the morning breakfast consisted of stall items and slow to refill coffee. Waited at least 5 minutes after requesting it to be refilled.
