“Great place to stay”
Terrific place to stay while in the Phoenix area. We were here for a weekend birthday celebration in Rio Verde and the location of the Fountain Park was perfect. “Excellent, clean and comfortable”
Beautiful room/clean/updated - view terrific! Not large hotel so easy walk from car to room. Close to best restaurants and park, nice walking path. Continental breakfast very nice with good packaged protein choices in refrigerator. Will come back!

“Okay, but probably won’t visit again”
Guess it’s just not up to level of some services like Hampton Inn. Rooms only serviced if you ask rather than on any schedule. Breakfast is adequate but minimal. For heated food, you have to microwave an egg sandwich. No fresh fruit. Just wasn’t at level we’re used to. Staff good. Room good.
