We stayed 3 nights during a move while we waited for our house to be ready and I can’t say enough about the experience. It is the perfect home away from home destination if traveling for work or if you need a place to stay with the family. The management and staff prioritize excellent guest service. Sam was often seen conversing with guests in a way that made everyone feel welcome & valued which is so rare in management today. Josh at the front desk was wonderful! He was always personable, polite, professional and always remembered us in the lobby. All of the staff we encountered were lovely here. We were accommodated at every turn and the whole stay made this little disruption of our normal lives feel more like a vacation. The beds were so comfortable (even the rollaway bed) with Hilton signature bedding & pillows. The shower is roomy and there is shower gel & shampoo pumps mounted on the wall, with hand soap & lotion pumps on the wall by the sink. The TV was a smart tv and connecting our subs was easy & fast. The desk/table area & nightstand also had plug in ports plus USB A&C ports if you forgot your charger block. They thought of everything. The bagel bar at breakfast was perfect and never out of anything and they also had yogurt, Quaker Oats oatmeal, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and Minute Maid orange juice plus Kellogg’s cereal & milk for the kids. The coffee & tea bar in the lobby even had honey which was a welcome relief for our sore throats after a dusty move. The canteen area was incredibly well stocked, even with alcoholic drinks to unwind at the end of the day if you choose. The pool and spa were outdoor and heated so you can relax under the Arizona dark sky in this beautiful town. So many places to eat in FH but the Denny’s was across the parking lot for a quick bite. (Note: they are only open 6am-8pm though, this is no longer a 24hr Denny’s). We are locals & recommend the Saddle Bronc, Fountain Hills Convenience Deli, Munich Gyros, Hao’s, Sapori D’Italia, Phil’s & Parkview Tap House for great food all the time but really, there isn’t a bad restaurant in town. The negative reviews on this place are utterly unjustified. We had the *exact* same problem except with Expedia as we accidentally booked the wrong day (the system default is one week out). It was easily remedied by speaking to the third party agency that made the reservation and they credited us for a fee and changed it to the correct date. Once we checked in at the end of a long day with a service animal and a bunch of tired kids, the process was a breeze. Never did we expect Spark by Hilton to pay for our error or accommodate us on a different day than the reservation said. After the first day, we booked directly through HH as the rates were the same or better anyway. If we needed to change anything then, it would have been simple because it was booked directly. The hotel was never the problem and always the solution before we even knew we needed it. Thank you Sam & staff for the 5-star experience - you made our stay stress-free and enjoyable for all of us.
