“Help in a difficult situation.”
Made travel with a family member with Alzheimer's less stressful. The third shift was understanding.

“Thank you ladies”
I just want to tell Katie and Jennifer thank you for all that you do those two girls are great .. they greeted us with a smile when we walked through the lobby . They always say hello and ask how we are doing that's great customer service
