“Better than Expected”
The West rooms look rustic on the outside, the rooms are clean, cozy and nicely decorated.

“Showing its age but okay”
This place is showing its age, though we'd probably come again. Room was large and conveniently located, but the bed sagged to the middle, the shower drained very slowly, and the ice machine in our building was usually empty. Decent value regardless, and hey, we were there for the Canyon!

“Aging property”
The convenience of the lodge being within the park was great…but the lodge is so old and aging especially for the price you pay per night. I would definitely not stay there again if I ever went back and I don’t think there are any others in the park (besides like El Tovar) that are much better wit… more

The place was super convenient to the Grand Canyon. Not as close as I had thought when I booked it but close enough.
