“Functional but nothing special”
Good functional hotel, good size room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, did the job but could be better. I don't like plastic cutlery and paper plates it that appears to be a thing in the US.

“Clean enough but could use update.”
The hotel was fairly clean but needs some serious updating. Carpet in our room had tear in it. It could use a coat of paint. Note they do not accept cash or debit cards to check in.
