“Simple and Safe”
I love that I've never seen one bug. The beds and bathrooms are always clean. The outside door automatically locks behind you so no one else can come inside. I feel safe there.

“Great!”
Near all the freeways! Comfortable bed and clean room! The Waffle House walking distance open 24 hours was great! Plenty of of safe parking .

“HUGE Makeover”
I was here a few years ago. What a makeover! The rooms have all been updated with new vinyl plank flooring, new window dressings, new furniture, new bath room fixtures, new beds and mattresses. “Worked well for our needs”
It was fine for a couple nights’ stay while visiting family in Phoenix and doing some sightseeing. Room was clean and we had everything we needed. Staff was friendly.
