“10/10 Recommend going to Yoga and Pilates!!”
My friends and I are on a staycation and we did yoga and mat Pilates and both were so good! We got great workouts and they left us feeling refreshed! Cortney was our instructor for both classes and she is incredible! Highly recommend going to the fitness classes during your stay!

Cortney with daily breath yoga had great classes! We did yoga and mat Pilates and they were great! She was very sweat and was great at teaching! The gym was beautiful!

“An amazing resort in a fantastic location!”
From the beginning to the end, our stay at Mountain Shadows was amazing! Friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was calm and serene. We truly appreciate each staff member that helped make our staycation a memorable one! We will definitely be returning soon!
